3.3 Additional Work:
Any work beyond the agreed scope (e.g., extra revisions, new features, or marketing add-ons) will be billed separately.


4. Performance and Results

While we will make every reasonable effort to enhance website performance, speed, security, and search rankings, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.


5. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may use third-party plugins, software, or services to optimize your website or manage your ads. We are not responsible for any issues, limitations, or downtime caused by third-party providers.


6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of work and not to disclose it to any third party, except where required by law.


7. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, reliable, and secure services. However, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Service interruptions

  • Data loss

  • Third-party issues

  • Website downtime

  • Client mismanagement

All services are provided “as is.”


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SiteSuccessPartner harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your website’s content, usage, or misuse of our services.


9. Termination

9.1 By Either Party:
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. All completed work and outstanding payments up to the termination date shall be settled.

9.2 For Cause:
Immediate termination may occur if either party breaches a material provision of this agreement and fails to correct it within a reasonable timeframe.


10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon publication.
